Скажите пожалуйста, а 42 корпус и 420 это вообще одно и то же? Или они из разным материалов?

Здравствуйте, подойдёт ли это переходное звено с соотв. браслетом к 740 корпусу? На вид внутри ушки похожи с 420. А то родной браслет с застёжкой бабочкой задолбал, всё время расстёгивается.
