In 2018, after several years of development and search for an original visual solution, the first watches of the Buyalov brand are released – the Radiorubka (Radioroom) RR01, an original watch that has formed a recognizable corporate identity and has become iconic among fans.
Five years later, in 2023, on the first anniversary of the brand, Dmitry Buyalov releases an updated model RR01-2, a watch that has preserved the spirit of the first watches, but made in accordance with the standards adopted in the modern watch industry.
A 3 mm thick sapphire crystal with an "anti-glare" and a coating protecting the surface from fingerprints is inserted into a massive brushed 316L stainless steel case with a diameter of 46 mm and a thickness of 14 mm. The shape of the top ring, inspired by the ship's clocks, has a characteristic welt screwed with six screws and a back cover with a three-dimensional image of the propeller. The case has a water protection of up to 20ATM, which is checked every watch after assembly.
Reliable Japanese movement with automatic winding Miyota 8315 with a power reserve of 60 hours provides optimal accuracy and significant autonomy.
The 3D hour indexes and molded hands are marked with Swiss Superluminova white, which has a long blue afterglow in the dark.
In this modification of the RR01-2, two types of dials are used: one fluted, two colors with gradient dimming resembles sound–absorbing panels on the noses of submarines, the second with a silver coating has a sector paint indicating time zones of "radio silence" - time intervals when all ship's radio operators switch to reception and "listen" to the air for possible SOS signals.
The branded strap mount – the "core" of the Buyalov's brand – allows you to install a black rubber or coloured silicone strap on the watch, and through the transition link – a stainless steel bracelet or a leather strap, which radically changes the appearance, making the Buyalov RR01-2 model an universal watch for every day use.

I want shoppers to know: Pictures can not do justice to this watch. I own more than 100 watches, including well-known Japanese and Swiss brands. I have just taken delivery of a Buyalov
RR and a Sevmorput, and their fit,
finish, and overall quality are better than other watches costing me twice or even
three times as much. Add to that a ruggedness and impression of indestructibility that no one does as well as Russian designers do; and above all: practical with excellent readability and bracelet with threaded link-pins and quick micro-adjustment, to name but a few.
When placing my order, it took me long to choose between the RR01.2.11 and the RR01.2.21. Now that I have received my RR01.2.11, I am so impressed that I am immediately going to place an order for the other model as well!
I also have to mention Meranom's excellent service: Quick order processing and shipping, and keeping me updated on shipping progress right up to the point of delivery.
